What he means to say is, I miss the warmth of your back against my chest. I miss holding on to your jacket and bumping my helmet against yours. I miss feeling the wind against my face and your hands covering mine whenever the lights turned red.
Or: Not all universes are made equal. In this one, Lovro doesn't get the chance to find Ivan on his - their - rooftop, but he gets a chance to fix it.
