But then comes Heisenberg. The guy whose idea of 'hello, nice to meet you' involves a gut wound, a little time in an improvised metal coffin, and then being dragged off and put on trial in chains. Who keeps calling him up over unseen video feeds and taunting Ethan with a lazy drawl of someone who's probably taking this call with one hand in his pants, and whose every word to Ethan promises that he knows. He knows, and he likes it. And he might just be convinced to play along.
It's exactly the last thing Ethan needs.

Summary
After retrieving the pistol and jack from the metal safe, Ethan gets jump-scared and dragged through a window by a lycan, which leads to him getting stuck.
And wouldn't you know it, Heisenberg is just around the corner.

At that point, Ethan would have lunged at him, were it not for the fact that they were both buried roughly a mile underground in a tiny pocket of space that did not allow him as much as touch his other shoulder, let alone engage in hand-to-hand-combat.

Summary
Krampusnacht is a tradition in several countries in Europe where people tend to dress up as the mythical figure himself. Imbibing in Alcohol, brandishing their own homemade whips, and of course terrifying the local naughty children.
Ethan is more or less used to the concept after living in Germany for the past several years, but it more than a little surprised when one figure gets a little too close to his rather remote cabin.
This is just an excuse to write Krampus Karl based on a drawing by Alien-Rat that is currently haunting me.
