After Venti's gnosis was taken by the 8th of the Eleven Fatui Harbinger, he wants to have a peaceful moment alone. When the wind told him about the Geo Archon's plan with the Fatui, he thinks that it was something that he doesn't need to worry about. However, the wind convince him otherwise.
He meets with the Tsaritsa after a while to discuss with her about something...
Or he just wanted to see her again.

A birthday party? Nahida can already imagine it: a thousand sparkling lights, sweet-smelling perfume, good food and maybe even a dance floor. People whirling past each other, skirts flaring out and scarves and sashes tied around waists flicking this way and that way. A chandelier high up above, reflecting off the tiles below, so clean she could see her reflection in them.
It sounds like a dream.
But… Nahida looks down. “We can’t, we weren’t invited. And besides, I don’t do well with birthdays.”
Some things are just not meant for her.
The smile on Venti’s face dies and he stares at her before his expression turns determined. “Nonsense,” he says, slamming his mug down.
He doesn’t let her protest as he drags her out of the tavern.

As the holidays come around, Himmel comes to realize that his little friend is the last one celebrating.

The other nations may look down on Mondstadt as a godless land, but what they did not understand was that Mondstadt had no need of their god's physical presence; For Barbatos was the God of the Winds, and the winds blessings could be felt all around them, allowing them to live as freely as the winds themselves. That is why they were proud to call themselves children of freedom, and that in turn is why Barbatos loved them so dearly.
