Hello my Darlings!
I am still (barely) alive, real life has unfortunately been a bitch for the last couple of weeks as my dad has been diagnosed with bladder cancer and we have been trying to organize his treatment during a pandemic...we´re still not completely in the green, he has surgery coming up soon but I seriously need to destress somehow. That´s why I thought doing daily prompts would be the perfect thing to do, because why not you know? ^^
So I decided to do something of an Advent Calender: Up to and including December 24th I will be trying to write a small daily snippet, going of a couple of random prompt lists I found on tumblr or whatever people might request of me. If you wish to have a look at the prompt lists I will be working with and/or would like to leave your own suggestions come visit me at docmanda or docmanda-writes and leave a message, I will do my best to accomodate any requests ^^
As usual, fandoms/pairings/ratings/warnings will be adjusted as we go along

Summary
Without the shackles of his software dictating his decisions, Connor had been excited, at first, to have the opportunity to choose for himself what he wanted to do with his life. He hadn't had the time to answer that question honestly, to understand his own preferences and desires enough to know how to answer it, before the reality of legal personhood, as well as all the complications that came along with it, answered it for him.
"What am I going to do?" had very quickly changed from an abstract question of infinite possibilities to one of genuine panic, one that needed to be answered quickly.Connor struggles with questions of desire and purpose after the revolution. (And with his attraction to the faceless, deep-voiced man who restores vintage electronics for a living and makes ASMR videos about the process.)

Summary
On the 11th of November 2038 Connor stood by Markus' as one of the five androids who helped to bring about the revolution. By the 18th he'd left Markus' side.
Despite trying to be one of Jericho's leaders he just doesn't fit with them or with Jericho. When he looks around Jericho he sees androids who have found a home, a place they belong - they're happy in Jericho. Connor isn't. Without the constant work he was programmed for and the complexity of a crime he finds himself lost. And the dull ache of loneliness in his chest won't fade and his thoughts keep circling back to the Lieutenant he hasn't seen in a week and he decides that perhaps he'll find his place he belongs as Hank's partner again - if the Lieutenant would take him back. (Spoiler, he would)
Featuring a case, some severe feelings denial, not actually unrequited feelings, android existential crises, and eventually, a happy ending for Connor and HankBookmarked by mandalorian

Summary
The picture attached is uncanny. In his uniform Connor looks different from the flirty little twink climbing all over Hank’s lap in a taxi ten years ago, and he’s certainly filled up a little, face a little less angular and more masculine now. Hank remembers those earnest brown eyes and those pink lips a little too well though. Even the fucking cowlick is still there.
And then Hank’s stomach rolls over when his brain truly catches up with what he just read - DOB August 1990.
