Summary
Newt breathes. Sometimes he has to remind himself to breathe. Sometimes when his Flare scar itches or his ankle acts up, he remembers to breathe in the fresh seaside air deep into his lungs. It’s a little reminder that he’s okay.
With every breath they take there passes a new second of them being alive.
