Regulus' summers between college years usually consist of walking around Montreal, finding new places to hide from the world and trying his very best to ignore his family. However, this summer is different. His parents are spending it in France and therefore offer him an ultimatum: France with them, or Ontario with Sirius. France is out of the question. Which leaves a glass front lake house in Ontario. A house owned by James Potter's family, Sirius' college best friend, and as far as Regulus is concerned, a total prick.

consumed this whole fic in nine hours. should I have studied for my finals? maybe but this was literally one of my favourite fics oat now. I love the way the writer develops each character and the way all the dynamics are set. james loves regulus so gently I could cry.
