Jay grins, widely, like Jungwon is the most interesting person he’s talked to all day. “You really hate me, huh?”
Jungwon’s skin itches under his gaze, crawling with heat. “Competition isn’t personal,” he replies. “It’s the natural order of things.”
“Huh.” Jay laughs a little at this. Draining the last of his mug, he leans over to press their shoulders together. “Guess I’ll try to beat you too, then.”
“It’s on.”

Summary
“Sunoo.” Jungwon nudges his screeching roommate in the side, drawing the other’s gaze to him immediately. Leaning in, he whispers the frantic question into Sunoo’s ear. “Who’s the guitarist?”
“Which one?” Sunoo mouths back, eyes widening as he looks between Jungwon and the stage.
Jungwon opens his mouth to reply, but is promptly distracted by the fact that the guitarist is looking at him again. This time, as their eyes connect over the sea of heads, the man does nothing to hide the smirk that crosses his face. It’s Jungwon’s turn to break eye contact now, turning his head to find Sunoo gaping at him. Immediately, the other seizes his sleeve, pulling him in.
“Oh my god,” he hisses into Jungwon’s ear. “Jay’s staring at you.”
(alternatively titled: tfw you go to a concert and the lead guitarist is hot)

Summary
A silence sews in as Jungwon rubs the ointment over Jay’s lip. He’s too conscious of his heartbeat given the quietness, it’s erratic, unbridled.
Jay meets his eyes, and his gaze flickers down to Jungwon’s lips for a split second. The room was too silent.
“Are we going to keep ignoring this?” Jay’s voice is velvety and honeyed.
“Ignoring what?” Jungwon asks in a restrained breath.
“Ignoring this, you, me.”
(Or, Jungwon hates boxers and the sport they play, but an encounter with Jay, handsome, strong, or whatever, slightly changes that. He doesn’t plan to see him again, but maybe fate does.)
