Summary
He's made it 11 days clean out in the real world, since checking out of rehab. He declines every invitation to drinks, to dinner, he's the last one at the office, he pounds San Pellegrino and plays with his kids on the weekends. He's the picture of perfect health. He's a family man. He wants to do drugs so fucking badly.
(or, Kendall checks himself out of his first stint in rehab, goes on a bender, and reunites with Stewy for old times' sake.)

Stewy turns toward his room, but Kendall kicks a leg out to nudge Stewy’s thigh. “Hey.”
Stewy looks back. It sucks, badly, that he feels a pang of affection looking at strung-out, exhausted Ken. “Yes, your highness?”
Kendall smiles, tiny. “I’m sorry. And thank you.”
Stewy sighs. He could be real, for once, could be honest, but instead he says, “Just don’t let it happen again,” in a sarcastic, chiding tone.

Summary
Kendall Roy is a paradox.
He is a man who is two men at once while simultaneously being who Stewy always knew he was. He is cold and warm, dominate and submissive, a fucking liar and heartbreakingly honest.
They are sitting across from each other now, and it is a paradox how they both act like they do not want each other as much as they really do.
