Now, what to do with powers like these? Will this epithet user be useful to their organization, or a potential threat? Only through conversation can they find out!And so, Zora Salazar, #3 Bliss Ocean Corps Officer, ruthless bounty hunter, AND the top of the wanted list, has been assigned to BEFRIEND (recruit) Rick Shades! I guess.
