Sirius is the one that has him. He has Remus. Completely, abidingly. He could call Remus at any time, any day, and he wouldn’t hesitate to answer because he’s dumb and in love and no one can make time move like Sirius. He can make his days better with a simple laugh on the other side of the line, or a dirty joke that probably wouldn’t be that funny if anyone else said it. Nothing was ever as funny or amusing when someone else said it.
His vast collection of pictures of Sirius’ paintings should be proof enough.
