"Baby, can you look at me for a second?" The sound of HJ's voice spreads through the room with a sigh and fades away without a response.
It's always like this on Sundays, he should have expected it when he woke up. Seonghwa was the love of his life, the reason he woke up in the morning and went to sleep at night. He loved him dearly, and his happiness was the most important thing in the world to Hongjoong, but it was really hard to be patient with him on Sundays. The real problem is that Hongjoong hates being ignored. Blame him if you want, but being ignored was his biggest ick. And if he could usually control himself and calm down without getting too upset, it was different when he was horny. He always blamed it on his dominant mindset, he wanted to have control over everything and not having his boyfriend's attention was like losing some of that control. Seonghwa knew this very well and always tried to be obedient and not make him too angry, but not on Sundays. Sundays were turnip days in Animal Crossing and Seonghwa was obsessed with them.

Summary
Park Seonghwa is a paramedic in the less privileged part of the city. He takes his job very seriously, and he spends most of his time alone. When an ambulance call leads him to a wounded gang leader, he treats the man with kindness and gentle hands despite his reputation. Against his better judgment, he finds himself continually entangled with the gang, and its leader most of all.
Park Seonghwa has always lived by the book. It’s the only way to stay alive.
Kim Hongjoong is the leader of the most notorious gang in the area. He shares his true name with no one, and he never allows others to touch him unless he intends to kill them anyway. The inner circle of his gang is the only exception. But when a certain paramedic takes care of him, Hongjoong chooses to break all of his own rules just to know him.
Kim Hongjoong has always been ruthless. It’s the only way to stay alive.

Summary
“We’ve been a bit worried about you. It hurts to see you all distant and sad,” Mingi scoots a bit closer again, not as close as before, but close enough that he can grab Seonghwa’s hands while the older just blinks in frozen confusion, “You do so much for me and I hate feeling like you might need help and I’m not doing anything about it.”
“W-... what do you mean, Mingi-ya? You don’t have to help me, both of you are doing enough already.”
The look in his eyes turns a bit more intense as he goes on, as if they’ll reveal the words he’s not speaking. “We want to take care of you,” sounds the reply.

Seonghwa settles into the rhythm of having Hongjoong help out with Mingi's regressions but he starts feeling a little uneasy about it for some reason and when his behaviour starts reflecting that nervousness, Hongjoong and Mingi notice.
