Summary
Chuuya was once a small and vulnerable soul, one who had been broken and left to lick his own wounds clean. Now he writes all of that in his journal. He is on the road to recovery, mending his deep wounds with each stroke of his pencil.
Dazai digs his nails into his own scabs, never allowing them to heal or crust over. His fingers bear a scarlet stain from every drop of blood he has spilled. The redness stains everything he touches, seeping into everything he holds close and polluting his own decaying mind.
