Marinette blinked, caught off guard. She set her spoon down gently, eyes flicking up to meet his.
“Adrien…” she echoed. A pause. Then, a soft breath. “I don’t think I like him anymore.”
Luka hadn’t expected that. Not at all. He’d only asked to brace himself for the usual—another quiet reminder that she wasn’t his to hope for. But this? This shifted something.
“Can I ask… did something happen?” His voice was quiet, careful. “You don’t have to tell me. I just…”
Marinette shook her head quickly, her hair swaying slightly.
“No, nothing happened. It just… faded, I guess. Maybe I outgrew it. I think I was in love with the idea of him more than anything.”
Luka nodded. That made sense to him. But he also knew—some feelings don’t fade. Not so easily. “

Summary
Luka didn't mean to get involved. He was just trying to find his sister after a super villain attacked but he ended up getting chased by some angry villains, controlled by the supervillain, Princess Justice. Just by pure luck, he manages to escape and meets Master Fu, the guardian of the miraculous box. With Aspik under the Princess's control and Ryuko frozen in time by a villain calling herself Lady Wifi, Luka will have to step up and become the hero Paris needs to save the day....
