Summary
After another breakup, Seonghwa wishes for nothing more than to drown his heartbreak in alcohol, noisy music, and some distraction. Which he meets in the local gay club - charming and flawless in all the ways Seonghwa's tipsy brain can think of. Things escalate quickly and turn steamy - they click instantly like two lost pieces finally brought together - chats, smiles, smirks, dance, and kisses. Before Seonghwa knows, he and Mr. Handsome are making out in the bathroom. Everything goes according to plan when they both decide to take this to the hotel.
But Seonghwa should have known that nothing in his life goes as he wants. As they wait for a taxi, he learns that Mr. Handsome has three kids around his age and is over a decade older than him. Overwhelmed by this unexpected turn, he is quick to run away from the mistake. After calling his best friend to whine about what happened, Seonghwa is sure he will never think about this night.
Except that the next day, he finds an American Express credit card in his wallet. Which obviously doesn't belong to him. It seems that he and Mr. Handsome accidentally took each other's cards, and now Seonghwa has no other choice but to meet him again and swap. One last time.

Summary
As a volunteer for a government programme that matches submissives in need with an appropriate dominant, Kim Hongjoong gets assigned Park Seonghwa's case.
Classed a brat, the cartoonist seems somewhat of a mystery. He's gone through more than a dozen dominants during his two years with the programme, yet his file is suspiciously clear of punishment slips or official write-ups. In Hongjoong's experience, that means either that a sub is so vanilla and obedient that doms get bored and ask for a transfer or that the sub is absolute hell on wheels and doms ask to transfer out without even trusting themselves to hand out an appropriate punishment.
His first meetings with Seonghwa seem to indicate the former and he soon becomes attached to the sweet, friendly sub. He is easy to work with, communicative and an absolute joy during their weekly scenes.
But everything is not as it seems.
Seonghwa might appear perfect on the outside, but behind the carefully constructed mask he is hiding years of severe anxiety and turmoil.

Just like he promised, Hongjoong had his homework ready the next day. It was done perfectly and meticulously. Maybe a little too good for a student of Seonghwa’s caliber, but he’ll take it.
He ruffled Hongjoong’s hair and cooed, “See, that wasn’t so hard, was it?”
Hongjoong simply smiled and nodded back. And so he became the perfect pet.
