Summary
It's New Year's eve. Everybody is celebrating over at August's place. His house was always the designated spot for throwing parties. Always insisting, always pulling these out of nowhere events for his friends.
Zanka is always attending his parties. He does so because they're friends. And Riyo and Rudo drag him with them. Unfortunately, since August is so friendly and knows just about everyone, it means Jabber goes to these parties, too. And Zanka has the (mis)fortune of seeing him that New Year's night.

Summary
Zanka Nijiku is an exceptional student. Add on to the fact that's he's the son of a famous cop who has done a handful of great deeds and taken down crime in Ground City. It is crawling with criminals, illegal drug dealings, and other illegal activity. Zanka, much like his siblings, have lived up to their father's expectations. To succeed in school, succeed in college, succeed in life. The Nijiku family is famous for their police work after all. They're all righteous people.
So, when Zanka encounters a certain masochistic man who clashes his very beliefs, his world begins to morph.
