The silence in the room once Art stops shifting is louder than it was before. Patrick can’t even hear Art breathe.
He’s feeling self conscious, and Patrick is feeling bothered enough to want to make it worse.
He rolls over in Art’s direction clumsily, his opposite hand landing on the hot skin right above Art’s waistband before reaching down immediately over the fabric to press into his crotch.
Art barely has time to swear and find Patrick’s chest in the dark before Patrick speaks.
“You little liar,” he says with a grin.
