Summary
There is a shuddering breath that draws from the hunter's chest, ragged with fatigue and a hint of dry laughter. Childe grins, leaning closer as his thumb ghosts over his pulse point, feeling the flutter of his heartbeat against his fingertips.
"Go on," The hunter whispers. "Do it."
Tilting his head to the side, Childe presses his face into the juncture between the hunter's jaw and his neck, savoring that earthy scent of sage and leather, and he presses his lips to his skin.
There is a flinch, a hand flying to grip the back of the vampire's shirt, and it only tightens when Childe presses a soft kiss to his jugular vein. The hunter looks away, a fine dusting of pink coating his cheeks."You're cute."
The hunter scoffs. "You're an idiot."

Summary
The Fatui Harbinger had been coming to the Angel’s Share for the past few nights. He called himself “Childe”. Diluc was not very fond of him, what with him being with the Fatui and all, but he was a paying customer, so Diluc treated him as he did every other patron. Diluc just wished this Childe guy would treat him like every other bartender.
Childe flirts with Diluc at the tavern, and eventually gets to take the man with the fiery red hair home for the night.

He was clean, very organized, and quiet. Most days he was out working shifts in the hospital, but he was always helping with chores nonetheless. He kept their fridge full, paid his share of bills on time, and he respected his privacy.
But then winter came, and he was finally faced with one problem: Diluc apparently does not work well with the cold.
