Tennis court gravel has to be digging into Oliver’s knees from where he's perched below Felix, head craned back as Felix pours more champagne down that pretty, exposed throat. The champagne is spilling down his chin, liquid dripping onto his borrowed shirt. Felix wonders what it would take to get the fabric translucent, clinging to his torso like an invitation, and he's grateful for the sunglasses that hide the hunger in his eyes.

Felix has always strived for perfection, in himself, but mostly in others. Not so much physical perfection, no, that's far too easy to achieve, it's more about the whole package if you will. Of course, people hardly ever come that way, they have their flaws, and they complain and they disappoint. However, once in a while he meets a person who lets themself be formed like clay under his hands, ready to be moulded into the right shape. They let him down in the end, though, they always do, they ask too much of him or nothing at all, they drown him in affection and then ignore his very existence. Then, he meets Oliver.
