Summary
Harry's emerald-green, tear-brimmed eyes stared into Ginny's. Cedric had died just a few days ago, and the war was over. Yet it still didn't quell that stinging he felt, because he knew that if it weren't for him, Cedric would still be here. He could've been anything he wanted to, but he ended up dying for Harry, just as he promised he'd do if it was necessary.
But it wasn't necessary. Ginny tilted up Harry's chin and said, "He was just a guy. He was human, and you are too. Don't let this ruin your life."
But he couldn't believe a word she said. His life was ruined the second Voldemort had put the scar on his forehead.
Harry Potter lost a lot more than what people thought during the war. Now nobody was there to give him the solace that he needed, except for one person. But it isn't the same, and it never will be. -

Summary
Harry Potter loved Hogwarts. He loved Hogwarts so much, in fact, that he considered it his home. His escape from the abusive Dursleys, the magic of the wizarding world, but this is the one year he wishes he was anywhere BUT Hogwarts.
When everyone turns against him, Harry finds out that the one person who he thinks hates him the most is the only one who will care to help or listen. (Other than Cedric, of course.)
