Mike shakes his head.
Will exhales shakily. "Then why- why were you acting so weird around me after reading my diary?"
Oh. So it turns out Mike actually does have to say it. God, he is not strong enough for this. He is kind of contemplating climbing out of the window, down the fire escape. Mike would probably get frostbite, sure, but at least he'd have some dignity still intact.
"I wasn't- acting weird. I wasn't," Mike mutters, very unconvincingly.
