Summary
An asteroid hits Austin in the Season 5 finale. Carlos and TK are thrown into the middle of a city that tears itself apart — fires, ruptured pipelines, collapsing concrete. Both men are hurt badly, separated by rubble and radio static. As rescue squeezes time and hope down to the inches that matter, they find each other again in the most dangerous dark.

Author’s note: You asked for hurt Carlos and hurt TK in an asteroid crash — so here’s them: injured, stubborn, soft, and very much wanting to keep the other alive. No explicit sex, focus on rescue, recovery, and the slow ache of survival.Bookmarked by najaafrontosa

She’s going to do this.
She’s really going to do this.
He scoots a little closer, just an inch. “I won’t. Promise.” Max looks down.
Why is she doing this? What the fuck. She shouldn’t have said anything. But there’s no going back now. She bites down on her lip.

Summary
Dustin’s mouth drops open. “Okay, you know what? Everyone shut up. I’m teaching math. This is study time.”
Nobody listens.
Max leans back, eyes rolling. “Dustin, you can’t force math on a group of emotionally unstable post-apocalyptic teenagers. It’s unethical.”
Dustin sets his jaw. “You all asked me for help.”

Summary
Post-Vecna, Max is determined not to repeat the mistakes that pushed Lucas away.
So she builds an unofficial, chaotic, absolutely-not-structured plan to become “Less of a Menace, More of a Girlfriend.”Step One: Show up to Lucas’s games.
Step Two: Attempt cheer (immediately regret it).
Step Three: PDA without combusting from embarrassment
Step Four: Actually communicate, which turns out to be harder than fighting monsters. It’s messy, it’s awkward, and the Party won’t stop commenting, but Max is trying—really trying—to show Lucas he matters.
Even if she keeps messing up.
Even if she has no idea what she’s doingSeries
