Summary
At the end of the Retaking of Wall Maria, Erwin Smith received the Colossal titan. However, when Zeke manages to take Erwin with him back to Marley, the 13th Commander of the Survey Corps is presumed dead. That is, until Levi finds him in Marley almost 4 years later, seemingly having abandoned the Scouts completely and joining Marley's cause instead.

Summary
Levi hears it before he sees it. He’s leaning against a street lamp with headphones around his neck; a random song is still playing in the background but he can't make out the lyrics. The car is one of the newer brands in Paradis; he heard about it from Furlan. It's larger than the ones locals drive around here, expensive. So maybe a foreigner, he thinks. The last rays of sunset hit the dark metal, making it glow like it’s burning around the edges. A halo around the machine.
