This is a milestone to every living on the planet because living for two decades evading death is no easy feat, especially someone like Kafka who had to surrender his life in the hospital. Rihito and Sakujiro both decided to go all out for this occasion because a few months after his birthday the surgery will take place. It is a really dangerous surgery that even the doctors have been saying it imposes more risk than success. But still, ‘I want to do it’ is the only answer one could get from the person in question.
