That's what Polnareff had said. Avdol had agreed, of course. At the time, though, the concept of actually making it seemed so improbable that he hadn't put much thought into logistics of it. He hadn't considered that both of them would make it out of Dio's mansion. The deep foreboding had weighed heavily in his heart - Muhammad Avdol would undoubtedly not survive. He knew that much.
