Summary
Zoro doesn’t much like tea, but Sanji, Sanji looks as if this is the best thing he’s had in a while. The first flavourful thing he’s had in his body in days. His shoulders ease, his eyes flutter shut, not in the way they have the past couple days that sends a shiver or a panic through Zoro, it’s in a blissful, content way. And Zoro feels content within himself.
“Why are you up?” Sanji asks, finally breaking the silence when about half of his cup of tea is gone.
“You weren’t in your bed” Zoro answers, his eye still trained towards his saucer on the table.

Following a vivid nightmare triggered by a passing resemblance to a dark chapter from his past, Sanji, the Straw Hat Pirates' devoted cook, finds himself spiralling into a dangerous cycle of self-sacrifice.
Haunted by the memory of starvation and fearing he might fail his crew, Sanji begins to secretly ration his own food, eventually cutting himself out of the meal plan entirely to ensure his friends never go hungry. As the days pass, the physical and mental toll of his choices begins to show, leading to uncharacteristic stumbles and a fading presence that does not go unnoticed by his crew, especially Zoro.

Summary
“Good boy. You don’t need to be told to swallow, do you?” Sanji slapped Zoro’s cheek lightly a few times. There was something so unbelievably erotic about this huge, hulk of a man being put in a submissive position.
Zoro flushed all over, embarrassed, but nodded, nevertheless.
“Such a good moss-head.” The way Zoro looked at him, breathing slowly, so obviously horny, conveying nothing but endless want in his eye, made something churn in Sanji’s stomach.
“I love you, baby,” said Sanji softly and bent down to kiss his gorgeous man on the lips. It was short and sweet, and they both smiled at each other like idiots in love afterwards.
For once, Sanji feels like being the dominant one.

Chopper took a deep breath and closed his eyes tight.
“SANJI ARE YOU IN LOVE WITH ZORO?”
Tumbled out of his chair, Sanji lay sprawled on the floor and stared, slack-jawed, at Chopper. The reverberating silence dragged out for too long, it seemed, because Chopper drew in a deep breath and began again.
“I said ar–”
“I heard you.” Sanji pushed himself shakily to his feet. “I think everyone heard you. Why would you even ask–”
“There’s a condition… called Hanahaki Syndrome…?”

When Sanji coughs up a perfect, fluffy marimo, he doesn’t want to talk about it. Maybe, if he ignores it along with Zoro, they will both go away.
