“W-What?!” He takes a step back, surprised, until his legs bump into the edge of the bed. He leans his hands on the mattress, incredulous. “No way!”
Nagumo pouts exaggeratedly, resting his hands on the window frame as he shrinks back a little, feigning sadness.
“Eeh~ but I have a mission early tomorrow, and coincidentally, it's close to here.”
“Pay for a hostel then! My room doesn't accept guests.”
“About that...” he replies in a tone too light to be believable. “Actually, I don't have the money to pay for a hostel.” He tilts his head, smiling cheekily.Nagumo often climbs up the outside of the house to Shin's bedroom window. On this occasion, the esper seems to be waiting for him.
