Summary
The earth trembles beneath your feet, if it can even be called ‘earth’ at all. You gaze out at the impossible landscape spiraling across your view, the twisted pathways and crumbling towers of sickly purple dirt. A spine chilling scream erupts from the center of all mass, starting as a low ominous trill and evolving into a piercing howl. You don’t realize how hard you are shaking until you feel her hand on your shoulder. You look up to see your mentor by your side. Her hand is steady, her posture is steel, but you can see the fear in her eyes. She’s just as terrified as you are.
