Summary
There’s a little smear of blood on her hands. Literal blood on her literal hands. He’d make something of that if he saw, she thinks, running the water until it gets hot then lathering her hands. Lady Macbeth, getting your little fucking screwdriver in. He thinks she’s a ruthless person, a bitch, which she is. She looks at herself in the mirror as the water scalds her hands. Underneath the layers of foundation and lipstick, she looks old. Her face wan, her hair escaping its bun.
After watching Logan slap Roman, Gerri struggles with conflicting loyalties.

Summary
Logically, Connor should have noticed something was different after the moment of his deviancy, after he consciously chose not to shoot Markus, but he truly didn’t notice it until months later, as he watched, in absolute interest, as Hank typed something on his computer across from him at his desk.
Or: In which Connor simultaneously experiences an emotional and sexual awakening in the wake of his deviancy and handles it in the best way he can. By not telling anyone.

Summary
There’s nothing wrong with the smile. It’s not one of the terrible, toothy ones Connor had given in their first days of knowing each other. It’s subtle, and looks like it fits on Connor’s face—like it folds right into the fabricated creases.
It doesn’t look right on Connor.
(Or: Amanda quietly wins on the stage. The thing piloting Connor’s body is not Connor. Hank will stop at nothing to get him back.)
