“S-Sei-chan–” Kaelix blurts, pulse racing.
Seible grabs him by the jaw with a tight grip, clicking his tongue. “I didn’t ask you to talk, did I?” he asks sweetly. When Kaelix whimpers and shakes his head, Seible’s eyes flash. “Oh, Kae-chan, what’re we gonna do with you?”
Anything, Kaelix thinks desperately, feverishly. He feels it thrum in his veins. Anything, Seible, you could do anything and everything to me.
Kaelix fails to fulfill his responsibilities as bouncer. Seible reprimands him firmly.
