Summary
Bulgaria and Romania both start revolutions against communism while living with all the other communist nations, which causes their image to become tarnished. Romania, who can't stand it anymore, plans on leaving, even if it means possible death. Bulgaria is nervous, but he listens and begins thinking of his own plan.
