Summary
After the death of Bakugou Katsuki and the rejection by his idol, Izuku starts to see the fragility of the hero world. It enrages him. Why can cowards earn the fast pass to life, but passionate people like him are tossed to the side? It's not fair. He wants to destroy this world and rebuild it.
Meanwhile, the newest head of the Shie Hassaikai yakuza group, Chisaki Kai, takes an interest in the boy. Another, darker villain lurks even deeper in the shadows.
TL;DR: Izuku's research makes him valuable. He's sought after by Kai Chisaki, who hopes to use this skill to rise through the underworld yet again, and the league of villains, who want to foster his passion into a new world of nomu research.
