"shit- dude, are you 'kay?" the wall asked, and, as katsuki stumbled back and bright red overtook his field of vision, he realised it was not, in fact, a sentient wall. it was a person, with affrontingly red hair spiked up all over the place, and strangely sharp teeth that contrasted sort of brilliantly with the dimple that appeared when he grinned apologetically.

tajima remembered riou nakazawa very well. he remembered the flustered mess the other boy had been, how he’d stumbled over his request for tajima’s email, how they had stared at each other for a second too long, faces almost too close. most of all, tajima remembered the colour of nakazawa’s eyes.
