In this collection of short and intertwined stories, they, as well as a few seemingly unrelated members of Quadrant society must try not to cause havoc and go against their post-apocalyptic government. Life is hard, especially when you have to revolve around four sectors. Meanwhile, the Compass Rose Institute is trying to cover up something that could alter their lives completely, but have they already failed? It almost seems like time is just an asset now...
