Summary
“I want you, Aemond,” she pleaded as she pulled his lips from her, “I need you where you love me.”
Aemond grinned something lovely and terrible.
“And if I love you everywhere?”
Alys grinned back.

Summary
Michaela and Francesca's love story :,)
My take on season five featuring a mix of canon/author-created moments, a ton of angst, and all the Brigdy siblings.
Excerpt from Chapter 12: The Highlands Reveals
“And what is this event?” Francesca asks.
“How are your archery skills?” Michaela smirks.
Francesca tilts her head up at Michaela.
“Why?” Francesca inquires, her voice taking on a playful tone.
Michaela grins from ear to ear at the sound of Francesca’s cheerful voice. Michaela is endlessly grateful that for the last week and change, she has only heard Francesca speak in soft, warm tones. That Francesca has not sought to raise her voice, not been plagued by anxiety or fear.

Summary
When John's best friend Francesca confesses she's never reached her pinnacle. He does what any rational bff would do in this situation and suggest his gorgeous, emotionally intelligent neurosurgeon cousin as a ... consultant.
"Can I ask you something? And you have to promise not to get weird about it."
"I'm seconds away from crying in a bar. How much weirder can it get?"
"Fair point." He takes a breath. "Have you ever thought about … I don't know. Sleeping with a woman?"

Summary
At that very moment, Alicent glanced up and caught sight of Mysaria above. For a breath, they looked straight at one another, the moment stretched out over the hallowed proceedings in the hall. She knew she ought to have looked away at once, and so remained beneath the cold Queen’s notice, but she did not – could not – and in the end, it was Alicent who broke away first, turning her eye back to Rhaenyra upon the Iron Throne.
