Satoru nodded eagerly, his interest piqued. “Yeah, anything. I meant it.” His foot tapped lightly against the floor, a sign of his growing anticipation.
Suguru swallowed another bite, then looked up with a grin that immediately set off alarms in Satoru’s head. “Let’s go to Mount Takao.”
“Eh?” Satoru blinked, his brain short-circuiting for a moment.
Suguru’s devilish smile only widened. “For my birthday, let’s go to Mount Takao.”
