“No, that’s my-” Phoenix froze, eyes widening in realization. “Wait, shit, don’t-” He turned around, but it was too late. Miles had opened the notebook, cocking an eyebrow as he stared down at the pages. “My sketchbook.” Phoenix muttered with a wince.

Izuku Midoriya is quirkless, and that somehow makes him barely human. He is just a thing, to be pitied and neglected by his family, to be used and abused by his peers. When one of them goes too far, they take the last shred of innocence he had left, and there was nothing he could do about it.
Izuku Midoriya is not quirkless, and the doctors would know that if they'd done more than look at his toes. Beaten down his entire life, he discovers he can give back in a very particular way. There is no way heroes would approve of what he can do, but that's nothing new. Nobody in his life has ever liked him, so why should heroes?

Izuku Midoriya is used to putting up an act, day in and day out he plasters on a sunshine smile and pretends to ignore the way Bakugou and All Might’s comments have buried into his brain (let alone what his mother says). However, things are getting more difficult and his new friends seem to be WAY more perceptive then the Dekusquad. Oh well, what could go wrong?

Okay so basically I feel like absolute shit because my antidepressants aren’t working anymore so here’s a fic of Izuku suffering (totally not projecting onto him instead of contacting my therapist). This is not beta read so except several mistakes.

Rubbing his tired eyes, Izuku really did not want to answer that question. Katsuki was already a ticking time-bomb as it was on a good day. Now that he was most likely shit-faced, it would probably only be worse. “Don't you have a party to get back to? I think I can hear Kaminari yelling something about beer pong over there.”
“Don' avoid the q'stion, Deku. When were you planning on sleeping?”
“I scheduled a nap in for a week from next Tuesday,” the green-eyed boy grumbled, glaring at the book on his lap. Hadn’t he already read this page…? “I'll sleep when I'm dead.”
There was silence for a moment before Katsuki loudly growled, “Yer a fucking idiot,” suddenly hanging up the phone.
