He wasn’t thinking about Miel, or anyone else, eventually realizing he was missing and coming to look for him. All that mattered was that Ian was in his line of sight.

    He didn’t care if they just sat there all night in silence. He wasn’t going to spend his last day at Smosh without the person he started it with.

    Anthony smiles. Ian can tell by his face he’s interested in taking the bet. He’s up for any silly, stupid, thing that he can do with Ian because they have the time for it now. They can be dumb, together, make stupid meaningless bets. Ian wouldn’t trade all this time with Anthony for the entire world these days.

    Anthony offers his hand to Ian. When Ian goes to take it, Anthony pulls back, just a little.
    “Hold on, what’s the rules here?”

    Ian grins. “Damn, I thought you might just agree without asking.”

    “I’ve known you too long for that.”

    “Okay, okay, well how about I can try and wake you up within reasonable means. Like, I can’t slap you or shit, but knowing you, you’d be into it.”
