It’s too sudden, too early, too crowded to touch him again, but he has to do something. So he forces himself to meet Red’s vision, clears his throat, and says:

After the Pokémon World Tournament wraps up and Red and Blue return to Kanto, Daisy and Bill arrange a dinner with all three of their families to catch up in each other's company. But for Red and Blue, the event is plagued by memories of something that occurred between them just a week prior, much to Blue's chagrin.
