Summary
While at Samwell, Ransom gets a job at the Rec center teaching water aerobics. Generally his class is filled to the brim with old ladies and their husbands, so he’s shocked to arrive at class at the beginning of the semester and find Adam Birkholtz, ex-hockey player, who’s there to supplement his physical therapy with gentle cardio.
Things only get more complicated from there.

Summary
He’s always thinking about Dex, these days; it’s like when he had gotten lost on the trains when he was home one summer, and a man had pointed to a station in the middle of the map and explained, “Everything leads back here.”
He turns and sees Will cupping his hands around his mouth, whooping as one of his compsci mentors does a truly ugly two step across the stage. The sun is shining onto his hair, not through it, and he’s smiling in a way Derek never thought he would allow himself to.
Everything leads back here, Derek thinks. His fingers are tingling from how Dex had filled his arms when they hugged each other goodbye.

Summary
Rolling his eyes, Dex reaches out to yank the blanket away. “You look fine, now give it back.”
Instead, Nursey rolls away, wrapping himself into a blanket burrito. “You’re right,” he muses, “I do look good in maroon. I mean, I’d like to think I look pretty good in everything. Do you think I look good in everything, Dex?”
“You’d look better if you moved.”
“I think I look pretty good in your bed.” Tub juice is probably making him braver than usual, and he slips into his sultriest voice. “Care to join me, William?”
In which Derek Nurse isn't quite as chill as he intended.

Summary
Out of the corner of his eye, Will registers a black apron to his left, probably Dylan by the door. And maybe it’s bad shoes or someone spilled cream earlier, but as he turns, his feet careen out from under him. He manages to stay on his feet by the grace of some higher coffee-shop power, but soymilk sloshes all over both him and the black apron, soaking them both.
“Jesus Christ, Dylan, would you watch where you’re fucking—”
Except the apron isn’t an apron. It’s a black tank top, despite the bitter cold outside, and the guy wearing it definitely isn’t Dylan. He’s staring at the book in his hand, which is also covered with soymilk and probably totally unreadable. He’s also extraordinarily pretty in a kind of disarming way. Not hot—yeah, he’s built, but it’s something a little more than that, all big green eyes and full, parted lips. As Will tries to say something, he turns his gaze on Will, raising his eyebrows almost imperceptibly.
Oh, Will is so getting fired for this.
The coffeeshop au, from someone who truly hated barista work.
