“I told her we were dating because she wouldn’t stop asking questions about my break up with James, and that would lead to questions about secret identities and I want her to tell me her secret when she’s ready, not because I forced her to.”
The one in which Lena really can't afford to lose Kara as a friend, so she makes some questionable decisions until Kara is ready to tell her the big Supergirl secret. It involves Lena and Sam fake dating for some reason. Sam doesn't fully comprehend, but goes along with it anyway.

Kara had the necklace in one hand and was still holding Lena’s hand with the other when Alex decided to break the silence that followed the Daxamite’s departure. “What was that, Kara?” Alex was starring pointedly at their linked hands and Kara unwillingly let go of Lena.
“That didn’t turn out well, hum?” The blonde forced out a laugh, avoiding Lena’s eyes.
“You should be more convincing of your blazing romance the next time he sees you two together.” Alex glared at a smirking Vasquez.

Alex Danvers is a good person. She is in a loving relationship with her girlfriend and doesn't have eyes to anyone but Maggie. So, why is Lena Luthor accusing her of having a torrid affair with Supergirl? Her freaking sister! Not that Lena knows that.

Now, Kara had a few options in this situation:
1. She could have stopped the bullet with her hand, but that would have blown her cover and everyone would know she was Supergirl.
2. She could get out of the bullet’s way and claim it was instinct, but someone behind her could get accidently shot.
3. She also could try to be quick enough to disappear and reappear as Supergirl, no one but Lena would miss her in this stressful situation. The problem was the damn paparazzi who would not stop taking pictures. His photos would point to her sudden disappearance and Supergirl’s appearance.So, Kara did the fourth best thing. She let herself get shot and pretended that bullet had actually hurt her.

The one where Kara gets shot, kiss the girl and they have to pretend to date because someone had a camera.
