After a long, terrible day spent in the dungeons underneath the Hewn City Azriel just wants to vanish into nothingness. Azriel struggles once again with self-hatred and thinks himself unworthy of his mate, Gwyn. Because why would someone as tainted as him EVER deserve a loving, caring, and kindhearted mate?
Or, Azriel has a panic attack and Gwyn is there for him <3

Summary
Eris Vanserra was a problem. For the Prythian, for the Night Court, and for Azriel.
Like all problems, there was a solution. Usually, it was pretty easy to figure out for the infamous Shadowsinger of Night.
But Eris had always stumped him a bit, possibly because of how his hands moved. Or maybe because of how callous and cunning he was. Or maybe it was how his throat worked when he swallowed back vitriol like a mouthful of cold, refreshing water.
Realistically, it was because Azriel hadn't gotten clearance to execute Eris yet. Logically, that was the only reason that the thought of the future High Lord of Autumn even flitted across his mind.
It was shameful, however, just how often he thought of Eris, and how most of the time it was more out of curiosity than hatred.
What Azriel didn't know, however, was how often Eris Vanserra thought of him too.
