Regina wants Emma Swan to get the fuck out of Storybrooke. Regina is also desperately bored and lonely. Miss Swan is the biggest challenge she's had in years. The light in her eyes makes Regina feel alive, maybe having a rival can be fun.
Emma just wants to check on the kid and get back to Boston unscathed, hooking up with his hot mom is totally just a side bonus. She can totally ignore the weird things she notices about Storybrooke, and Henry, and Regina. She's totally gonna leave soon.

Summary

Summary
A light goes on across the street, the same as every morning. Roni is home from the bar. She kicks out the men not too long after one, sometimes their begging wakes her up. But Roni always turns on her light at this hour. Jean doesn't know why and doesn't care to find out. Years ago they had a falling out and they are both too stubborn to even remember what it was about. What she does know is that there are doughs that need cutting and marking and she can't linger too much on bar owners she doesn't care about.

“Besides,” Regina says, looking from her son, 400 miles away, to his other mother sitting beside her on the couch in the study, “I’ve already gotten us a room.”
“You have?”
“Oh, good!” Henry looks relieved. “I mean, the email about graduation stuff said finding rooms can be tricky. So, that’s good, Mom.” He beams at them both.
“Wait. A room? As in, singular?” Emma questions.
“Well,” Regina frowns, “yes. It was really all they had left, and I wanted to stay at the Charles since it’s right there in Cambridge and close to campus.”
“That’s great, mom!” Henry repeats, but Emma is still staring at the woman sitting next to her.
“So, like,” she licks her lips. “We’re going to be … roommates?”
Regina glares at her, but then sighs when Henry laughs from the screen. “Yes, Miss Swan,” she agrees finally. “Roommates. For two nights only. Do you think you can handle that?”
