Summary
“Hyung, hyungie, please,” Hyuntak sobbed.
Honorifics were never a huge thing between the two of them because they were only a few months apart. Also neither of them could care less. The years Hyuntak had been his best friend, he was addressed by his real name, nickname, or some type of insult. So, hyung, nonetheless hyungie, was as new as trying a dish for the first time.
Baku already knew he couldn't get enough. -

Summary
Neither of them brought up how Hyuntak’s hand never left his sleeve the entire walk home. Hyuntak ended up unlocking the front door without letting him go, like Baku would disappear if he did.
He waited for Baku to step inside before he released his grip.
They moved around each other wordlessly, taking turns to place their shoes on the shoe rack before stepping into the kitchen.
It made Baku stutter when he realized that they understood each other with every beat of their hearts—everything between them was natural.

Summary
Hyuntak had Baku wrapped around his pretty little finger, and he didn’t even know.
If Hyuntak ever asked for a home, Baku would build one on the spot. He'd dig his hand into his chest, secure his fingers around his sternum, and rip. His heart visibly beating in its home now, he’d cup his sternum in his hands and present it to Hyuntak as if he was sacred. He’d find a way to keep the other nestled between his ribs, replacing the reason why he breathed, because Hyuntak was why he lived.
Baku didn’t exist without Hyuntak.
