It was raining hard, the kind of storm that made the roads shine like glass and the world blur at the edges. One minute, his mother was humming along to an old jazz record playing softly in the car; the next, there was screaming metal and shattered glass, a twist of motion that didn’t make sense.
He remembered the silence that followed. The terrifying, unnatural silence.
She died on impact.

Summary
Chuuya was being weird. Not only his random timing but his physical appearance as well. The large coat draped over his shoulders was pulled tightly around him, covering his arms and there was a glisten of sweat on his forehead. There was also an odd expression on his face that Dazai had come to recognize as masked discomfort or pain.
“Oh? What could you possibly need from me, puppy?”
Chuuya flushed at the nickname but didn’t attempt to punch him or grab him. Very strange indeed. Dazai glanced at Chuuya’s face once more. He was nervous. Most likely of Dazai finding out whatever he was trying to hide.
OR
Chuuya breaks his arm and goes to the one person who can force him to get help whether he likes it or not.

Summary
The culprit's ability, 'Delve Into The Inner Darkness', is an ability that directly targets the mind, it goes straight into the brain and into the person who got affected's worst memories, sending and trapping anyone in contact with the person, including that person, in that memory.
A boy is seen sitting on the filthy floor of a dirty, wet, alleyway. Clothes soaked with rain, and sleeves with blood. Tears are falling from his eyes as he sobs into his arms, knees hugged tightly to his chest. He hears a rustle near him.
Dazai's blood freezes in his veins, as he takes in that boy's appearance. It was him. This boy was him.
Or, Akutagawa finds out why Dazai treated him the way he did, in the worst way.
