Summary
Sengoku receives a call from Tsuru. His son is dead, they have found blood pertaining to him on the shores of Minion Island. Doflamingo has publicly stated that he has murdered his traitorous brother, disposed of his body throwing it to the gelid waters of the North Blue. Three months after the heartbreaking news Sengoku receives a very different type of call. Rosinante is alive and asks him to take the holidays he hadn't had in more than ten years.
His child has adopted four gremlin children full of traumas on a god forsaken island in the middle of the North Blue and unbeknownst to Sengoku everything is about to change.

There are several fics with the premise of 'what would happen if Garp had decided to be different and actually protect his grandchildren and betray the marines but few about Sengoku doing the same. I have the 'bad endings version/timeline of Sengoku staying loyal to the marines written in other fics of mine, but I wanted a gen fic in which Sengoku makes a very different decision. I've been thinking about this fic for months which means…I have to write it.
Whatever this is, it is probably the contrary thing to marine propaganda.

A cold home where he taught himself everything, somehow not the sun the household revolves around despite not having to compete.
His father, Jin, beckons him closer with a warm smile and he hesitates before shuffling forward. Peering around his mother’s shoulder, he sees it.
A pink fleshy thing wrapped in blue swaddling, puffy eyes closed and pink hair that matches his exactly. He wonders if it’ll have his red eyes too.
“His name is Yuuji, he’s your new little brother.”
Or which, Sukuna's first time being a brother is full of way too many mistakes that he's stopped caring to correct

For the last couple of months, Mr. Fushiguro had been asking Yuuji to do little chores around the house. Things like cleaning the dishes or taking out the trash, he even helped Megumi clean up his room and the living room sometimes. Yuuji didn’t mind helping out, he was a good boy after all! Plus he always got a reward afterward. Mr. Fushiguro would slip him a few yen before he left for the day and Yuuji took it gratefully. But what Yuuji liked more than the money was the slight bit of affection that his best friend’s father would give him.
Just like Megumi himself, his dad was a man of few words and showed even less emotion than his friend. Still, Yuuji never failed to flush at the warm hand ruffing his hair for a second or the way Mr. Fushiguro’s deep voice would call out to him. He always felt a bit tingly around the older man, his little mind wondering if this was what it was like to have a dad.
OR, little Yuuji gets turned into a fuck toy for Toji
