Summary
When old contestants get an anonymous message stating their kids must compete in an all new season of Total Drama 25 years later, they find out the contract they signed in their seasons was for life. They are required to send the children back to Wawanakwa to compete in Total Drama Re-Island.
Drama, relationships and nostalgia arise in this all-new season, where casts from all 4 seasons kids compete for the increased prize of $3,000,000

Summary
Alex has been sleeping over in Moorland while waiting for a particularly important foal to be born. She enjoys the rare opportunity to spend some time with Maya, but it turns out that sleepovers with your best friend become significantly more difficult when the realisation that you're in love with her begins to sneak up on you.
Or: the Mayalex getting together fic, the way I imagined it to be canon in my first playthrough of the game. Takes place during the Starbreed quest day blocker where you wait for the Haflinger foal in Moorland to be born (except here it's been several days because foals are born when they feel like it, not when Rhiannon would like them to be).
Title from In Memoriam by The Oh Hellos, even though the rest of the song doesn't really fit the vibe here.
