What would happen if the Fourth Anniversary Animation “Unawakened Dream” was the original story? What would happen if Aether never woke up, if the world fell into shambles? What if the main storyline we’ve been following was never the real story at all?

Make sure to read the notes- they’re important to explaining the story!! Unawakened Dream likely won’t come in until about the 5th chapter, but there will be little snippets of what will happen in the future! Finally, this story started last year and is based on theories, so some of the contents might turn out to be untrue in the future. I hope you enjoy!! :D
I’M BACK!! Posts will likely be very inconsistent because I’m very busy with a lot of things, but I can’t wait to keep writing this!! I’m also either going to split this story into simple arcs, or have a series of stories on AO3 to chain it all together but also separate the 8 arcs. I can’t thank everyone enough who has given my fic attention! <3
