This is a dance they’ve done dozens of times before — the steps are all the same, although the execution is different every time.
There are twists and surprises, but there is also a comfort that comes with knowing that they’ll dress up like this, that Yoongi will select clothes or accessories for Namjoon and do his makeup, and that he’ll do the same for Yoongi — and later they’ll take some (or all) of their clothes off, maybe have sex and take a shower together, then cuddle until they fall sleep in each other's arms.
It's that he does this dance with Yoongi — that’s what Namjoon cherishes the most.
