Summary
Bellamy's never actually lived in a nice place before. He's always had cheap apartments with a couple roommates and shitty landlords. So when he lands a post-doc fellowship in a quiet university town, he's not really prepared for some engineering prof to offer him a nice apartment, the second floor of the place he rents to his daughter. Bellamy is still waiting for the catch.
