So when he lands a post-doc fellowship in a quiet university town, he's not really prepared for some engineering prof to offer him a nice apartment, the second floor of the place he rents to his daughter. Bellamy is still waiting for the catch.

“Why do you have to one up us all the time?” one of the other guys asked.
