Summary
Jasper and Carl. . .where to begin? Jasper was just a boy when Carl Morck came into his life, and Jasper latched onto him pretty quickly. Carl became his dad. And he loved him fiercely and Jasper thought the feeling was mutual. Then his mother fucked off the parts unknown leaving him with a broken stepfather who suddenly seemed like a stranger. But he doesn't want it to be this way. He never wanted it to be this way.
Carl loves his son, and even though he refers to him as his stepson, Jasper is his kid. Period. He's been his son since the day he fell in love with Victoria. But then Victoria fucked off to parts unknown and everything fell apart. He never wanted to be estranged from him. And he knows it's mostly his fault. But he doesn't want it be this way. He never wanted it to be this way.

Part Three of my series "Fate As It May Be; The Story of Diana Bishop and Matthew De Clairmont". A different way that I would have like to see events unfold between Diana and Matthew. Pulling from the trilogy as well as the show.
Chapter One; Let Me In Where Only Your Thoughts Have Been, Let Me Occupy Your Mind As You Do Mine; Diana and Matthew make it back to the year 1590, but not exactly where they expected to land. To make matters worse, they don't exactly get off on the right footing. Diana is quick to make an ally, an enemy and see a surprising face all in the matter of hours on her first night. This leads to a heated confrontation between her and Matthew. However, they can't truly be angry with one another for too long.

A continuation of my one-shot fic "What if I'm Ready to Love You". A different way that I would have like to see events unfold between Diana and Matthew. Pulling from the trilogy as well as the show.
Chapter Eight; I've Been Known To Travel Much Too Fast, Is That You In The Distance?; Diana finally timewalks and this time, taking Matthew to Sept-Tours to meet Ysabeau and Marthe. Their time there is short lived and they're unsure of their stay and Ysabeau's feelings when left alone with Diana. However, come to a final realization after Ysabeau reveals her true feelings about his union with Diana. Matthew also asks a question to Diana that he'd been dying to ask for weeks and finally has the courage to do it before they leave for Madison. Back in Madison, they meet back up with the family and a few new demons to make the final preparations before the timewalk back to another era that is unfamiliar to Diana but more than familiar to Matthew.
